Proposed projects must be assembled and well-package in any way prior to Republic of IoT 2018.

Proposed projects must be within the scope of the 10 topics, e.g. agriculture, logistics, energy and utilities, industrial IoT, security and surveillance, medical and healthcare, fintech and e-commerce, building automation, fleet management, or transportation.

Organizer has the right to publicize ideas submitted to Republic of IoT 2018.

Organizer does not provide reimbursements for accommodations and transportation costs of participants.

A representation of chosen 30 teams are mandatory to attend the 2-day Republic of IoT 2018.

Participants are mandatory to use all the modules, sensors, and all associated tools and / or kits provided from the organizers.

The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Harassment in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, or religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, photography or audio/video recording against reasonable consent, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
